Joy of Giving is asking 1500 individuals to participate in a sleep out event on the night of Tuesday 1st October – no tent or gazebo just yourself, some warm clothes, a mat and / or a sleeping bag! The sleep-out will raise money and create awareness for selected NGOs working to help alleviate the suffering of children and adults living in poverty / homelessness and destitution.
There will also be some entertainment including A POP QUIZ, for corporate teams and groups, some food and hot drinks and before we settle down for the night along a few performances from budding Bangalore musicians.
Participant will be asked to donate Rs.1,500 to their chosen NGO in order to receive a pass for the event. They can also raise more money by asking your friends and family to sponsor you.
