Kameshwar Baitha of BJP is facing highest number of criminal charges

The former JMM MP from Palamu Kameshwar Baitha resigned from JMM and joined BJP on March 6. Kameshwar Baitha faces 46 criminal charges,of which most of them are serious charges ranging from murder to attempted murder.Baitha is one of the most dreaded Maoist commanders not only in Bihar, but also in the states of Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh.

CPI (M) leader R.B Rajesh and Shiv Sena leader Chandrakant Bhaurao face 16 criminal charges each.
