Genpact Wins Three Year Contract from Max New York Life Insurance Company to Provide Customer Service Related Solutions


Genpact Limited (NYSE: G), a leader in managing business processes, today announced that it has been awarded a three year contract from Max New York Life Insurance Company Ltd. Under this arrangement, Genpact will provide Max New York Life with customer service related solutions in select geographies, employing multiple regional languages and sophisticated technology.



Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd. is a joint venture between Max India Ltd., a leading multi business corporation, and New York Life, a Fortune 100 company. The company is one of India ’s leading private life insurance companies and offers both individual and group life insurance solutions.
