The ‘Brands Academy Service Excellence Awards’ have been instituted by BIG Brands Research and are given to those who display exemplary excellence as service providers in their respective fields.
BIG Brands Research conducts comprehensive nationwide study prior to announcing the awards. The primary objective of this study is to identify and recognize business excellence, associated innovations and best practices that lead to exemplary performance and to highlight the importance of pursuing customer satisfaction in today’s competitive and ever-evolving business environment.

BIG Brands Research conducted a study in Karnataka over a period of five months with more than 40 field executives collecting data from different cities in the state. Information was collected from consumers in different segments regarding their satisfaction level from products and services offered by the different brands and professionals in different geographical locations.
The awards are given away to organizations and professionals annually based on their leadership position in the industry, dedication to customer satisfaction, positive entrepreneurial initiatives, exemplary business practices, feedback from the industry and business growth.
