The eminent panel of jury included Dr M Moni, Deputy Director General, National Informatics Centre, Dr. M. P. Jaiswal, Chairperson, Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, Dr Govind, CEO, National Internet Exchange of India, Prem Narayan, Director, JNNURM, Ministry of Urban Development and Ashish Sanyal, former Senior Director, DeitY, Govt. of India.
