Watch them show off their culinary skills as they concoct a delicious blend of dishes like Red wine poached pear, olive oil cake and mascarpone cheese ice cream, Spring chicken stuffed with porcini, served with sautéed garlic spinach, blueberry gnocchi and port wine jus cooked in the best wines from the house of Nine Hills.
