Close on the heels of launching a delivery centre in Lucknow for BSNL, Intelenet Global Services, part of the Serco Group- a leading FTSE 100 international service company, today inaugurated another facility for BSNL, one of the largest & leading public sector companies providing a comprehensive range of telecom services in India in Patna.
The new facility in Patna will be situated at BSNL exchange, Patel Nagar, Bailey Road, Patna. It will service BSNL’s base of prepaid, postpaid and 3G cellular subscribers in the telecom circles of Bihar and Jharkhand. The centre will provide multi-lingual services in English, Hindi and other local regional languages to deliver customer support services including product inquiries, customer complaints, requests for provisioning new services, and outbound calls
