VIJAYA BANK TIES UP WITH ‘WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER

Vijaya Bank today Tied Up with Western Union Company (NYSE: WU), a leader in global payment  services across India,  enabling the Bank’s eight million customers to connect to more than 200 countries and territories around the world to receive international money transfers.
The Agreement was exchanged by Shri HS Upendra Kamath,Chairman&Managing Director,Vijaya Bank in the presence of Smt.Subhalakshmi Panse,Executive Director,Vijaya Bank with the Senior Officials of Western Union Money Transfer.

Vijaya Bank now offers Western Union Money Transfer Services at 1300 branches spread across urban and rural India with the highest number of branches in its home state Karnataka. The services are offered through Western Union’s principal agreement with Wall Street Finance Ltd, a Spice Group Company.
