Pearson brings more than 17 years of high technology and security channel experience to Websense. In this role, he is responsible for designing and implementing channel strategies that transform the Websense channel from a transactional-based to a value-add operation to support an expanded solution portfolio. Pearson is also committed to building a partner ecosystem across multiple verticals.

Most recently, Pearson served as senior director of Americas inside sales and channels at RSA, the security division of EMC. During his tenure, Pearson united the inside sales strategy with corporate and field objectives thereby enhancing productivity and revenue objectives. Additionally, he implemented procedures that successfully transitioned RSA’s channel from transaction-centric to more of a value-add operation.
