Hotel Sahara Star is buzzing with energy with their best chefs preparing themselves for the 8th edition of the Great Indian Culinary Competition (GICC). Sahara Star, which hosts several restaurants, has some of the best chefs in the country working for them. These chefs now hope to bring laurels for the fourth year in a row with their participation.
This year, the much awaited competition will take place at the MMRDA Ground in Mumbai, in association with Food Hospitality World from 23-25th January 2014. The chefs have been practicing hard to perfect their skills for the cook off. As seen in the images, they have been working on their dishes, mastering their plating and presentation in preparation.
GICC is the Industry's professional food preparation competition, which is organized at a national level and involves senior and apprentice chefs from all over India. The jury test culinary professionals across on their individual and collective skills in a purely businesslike and competitive environment. At the previous edition, Sahara Star won 7 medals including 2 gold.
