Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre (NHCC) is hosting “Mexican Food Fiesta” from 11th to 31st March 2014 at La Cantina. The 21 days long festival will introduce the splendid flavours from Mexico offering a unique culinary concept to the people of Hyderabad.
Chef Eduardo Perez from Merida, Yucatan, Mexico who is being specially invited for the Fiesta will showcase his unique style and taste to the Mexican Food by using authentic ingredients like “Axiote”, Guajillo Chili, Dry Poblano Chili, Peppers, etc. The Mexican Food Fiesta will provide the food connoisseur an ideal opportunity to indulge & relish the mouth watering Mexican specialties. The fiesta intends to captivate the consumers by bringing in antique and sizzling dishing representing the Mexican and Mayan Culture.
With an amazing Poolside setting with a conventional Mexican ambience, the Fiesta will also offer a variety of Tequilas, along with finest collection of Mojitos, Margaritas, Cervezas, Conacs, Fajitas in an enchanting atmosphere.
The Mexican Food Fiesta promises the customers a warm & earthy Mexican treat with variety of flavors, ingredients, spices and colourful garnishing which will leave them spell bound. The menu offers the best selection of Mexican delicacies specially designed by the Master Chef Eduardo. Each dish at Fiesta is unique, delicious and truly a Mexican delights.
Chef Eduardo will also conduct a special “Saturday Cooking” class on 15th March 2014. The Chef will engage with the guests and share his culinary experience of over 14 years which is a case study of innovation and experimentation. The Chef will also be sharing his tips and tricks for few of the favourite dishes. The interaction will focus on enhancing participants understanding and appreciation for the Mexican Food.
