Tech Mahindra, a global systems integrator and business transformation consulting organization focused on the communications industry, declared Nigeria as the headquarters for its BPO operations in Africa and has elaborated ambitious plans to scale up its African operations on the eve of its second year of successful operations in Nigeria on Friday.
Over the last two years, Tech Mahindra has partnered with leading telecom operators in Nigeria, like MTN and Multilinks. The company has recently won the prestigious Bharti Airtel Africa deal for setting up Airtel’s BPO operations in 7 countries.
