In a first of its kind, the newly launched Alto 800 was delivered to 200 hundred eagerly awaiting customers at Kottakkunnu, about 50 km from Calicut.
Interestingly, all these customers had booked their cars even before they had seen any images or had any information on the price of the car. This is probably the first time in India when so many cars are being delivered to as many as 200 customers at the same time.
Hon’able Shri. PK Kunhalikutty, Minister for Industries and Information Technology, (Kerala) handed over the keys to the proud Alto 800 owners.
The new Alto 800 delivers an outstanding fuel efficiency of 22.74kmpl. It comes with a new Wavefront design, fresh interiors, an airbag option, superior powertrain, more interior space and CNG variants
The first key was handed over by Shri. PK Kunhalikutty, the honourable Minister for Industries and Information.
