Ltd, India’s leading IT security software solutions provider and one of the pioneers of Research and Development of security solutions in the country, announced the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Ghonasgi as Chief Financial Officer of the company. A seasoned finance and accounting executive, Mr. Rajesh will help guide and oversee the company’s continued market leadership and financial growth. He brings more than 20 years of experience to Quick Heal Technologies, including extensive operational experience as a CFO with several large, publicly held companies.

Mr. Ghonasgi has over two decades of experience in financial leadership and earlier worked with companies like Persistent Systems, Hexaware Technologies, Wipro and S.B. Billimoria & Co. He led the successful IPO at Persistent Systems as CFO, and has been awarded for excellence in financial reporting and for leadership in Finance.
Prior to joining Quick Heal, Mr. Ghonasgi was the Chief Financial Officer of Komli Media India Pvt. Ltd., a Mumbai-based ad network and audience measurement services provider.
An alumnus of the University of Mumbai, Mr. Ghonasgi is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate member the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
