Speaking on the occasion Mr. Tanmay Tyagi, Cartoonist and 1st prize winner of Maya Kamath Memorial Awards said “Cartooning is a powerful medium but unfortunately today we do not see too many political cartoons in a newspaper, a medium which was earlier dominated by cartoonists."
