Claude Smadja Joins the Advisory Board of ‘India Japan Global Partnership Summit,’ 2011

India‐Japan Global Partnership Summit (IJGPS) takes immense pride in announcing the appointment of the former Managing Director of World Economic Forum, Mr.Claude Smadja, as a key Advisory Member of the IJGPS Board. The India Japan Global Partnership Summit is a three-day Summit, beginning on the 5th of September, 2011 in Tokyo. It is envisioned as a Summit of the two great nations, India and Japan, wherein eminent members of society from both the nations can interact and exchange ideas that will result in a Micro Road Map for the Macro Vision, which exists in the form of the India‐Japan Global Partnership.

Apart from his role as Managing Director, of the World Economic Forum, Claude Smadja is the Founder and President of Smadja & Associates Strategic Advisory. Claude Smadja proved his expertise in spear heading the Annual Meeting in Davos, the Forum's activities in Asia, and the yearly financial services Governor's Meeting. Claude Smadja has also been the Director for the News and Current Affairs Department of the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation. He is the author of numerous articles on globalization, the rise of Asia, the trends shaping the macroeconomic and political environment.

Commenting on the India-Japan Global Partnership, Mr. Claude Smadja, Member Advisory Board, IJGPS, says, “I am privileged to be a part of IJGPS.
