The Punjab National Bank Chairman and Managing Director Mr.K.R.Kamath had inaugurated their latest self-service technology platform - the Self Service Cash Deposit Kiosk. The occasion was also graced by Mr.R.Subramanian Kumar, DGM, Circle Head, and Karnataka. The self service platforms are available all around the year. Presently PNB has installed at 17 places at Karnataka and many more are to come. Bank is observing "Customer Contact Week from 12.12.2011 to 17.12.2011 on pan India basis covering 5496 branches at 2897 centers to improve the quality of service with the feedback of the customers. The bank is organizing stalls at many places to make aware of the different products available with Punjab National Bank.
