The conference will have eminent speakers like Sir John Whitmore, Nigel Cumberland, Philip Beddows, M. Krishna Kumar, Bonnie Chan and Debashis Chatterjee.
ILCC, which is one-of-a-kind path breaking effort to demonstrate the power of coaching in building leadership in India, was conceptualized by M. Krishna Kumar, the Founder Director of the ISEC. The ILCC is co-organized by the International Association of Coaching (IAC) and the Silk Road Partnership.
Each of the speakers has an international reputation in the field of leadership development and coaching, and was handpicked by ISEC.
“Speakers from India and abroad based on their individual expertise will add specific dimensions to leadership, such as Enlightened Leadership, Timeless Leadership, Awakened Leadership, Vertical and Lateral Leadership,” Mr. Krishna Kumar, Founder Director of the ISEC, said.
The conference will help future leaders gain a deeper awareness about themselves and identify specific “mantras” to apply in their workplace.
