Maruti Suzuki conducts ‘Corporate Treasure Hunt’
Maruti Suzuki India Limited, country’s largest car manufacturer organised a fun filled treasure hunt rally today in the city.  The treasure hunt rally was part of a month long activity called “Corporate Treasure Hunt, which the company has organised exclusively for employees of corporate during July.   The event was targeted towards families, in line with Maruti Suzuki’s philosophy to provide mobility to families.

In the first phase of Corporate Treasure Hunt, Maruti Suzuki organised more than 11,800 test drives for corporate employees in the first two weeks of July. For this, the company organised 900 events at prominent corporates across India. These events also led to over 214 spot bookings.

The phase 2 of the Corporate Treasure Hunt concluded today simultaneously in 17 cities across India. These cities included Delhi, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Hissar, Jaipur, Chennai, Bengaluru, Trivandrum, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Patna, Guwahati, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. SN Burman, Vice President (Institutional Sales) said, “Corporate Treasure Hunt is to express our gratitude to employees of corporate sector who have shown deep trust in brand Maruti Suzuki. This is also a part of Maruti Suzuki’s customer engagement initiatives in recent months through which we bring several exciting offers and services and further strengthened relationship with customers. We are sure, corporate employees and their families will take home the benefits of the attractive offers from Maruti Suzuki.”

During the rally, participants had to cover 5 check points on a route spanning 52 kms routes and discover 6 treasures within the city. Those who covered all 5 check points in the shortest time or minimum penalty, were declared as winners.  In all, 64 number of cars with more than 250 family members took part in the rally.

Among the top three winners of the Corporate Treasure Hunt, Mr. Kiran R Hemmee from Brickworks India stood first and won a tablet and a free entry into Maruti Suzuki Dakshin Dare starting August 3rd. Mr. Praful Kumar of InfoTech Enterprises corporate name won second place and took away an LED TV as prize while Mr. Suresh NG of TCS name of corporate came third and won a smart phone. All the other participants who completed the rally today received Discount Vouchers of Rs 5,100 each for purchase of any Maruti Suzuki cars. The vouchers, valid till Sep 30, can also be extended to their immediate family members.
