On September 14th, SAP Labs India hosted the sixth edition of Barcamp Bangalore (#barcampblr), India’s largest confluence of geeks focused around people, ideas and collaboration. This was the fifth consecutive edition hosted at the Whitefield campus which witnessed over 250 participants in attendance.
The unconference covered over 60 sessions across a broad range of topics which were both technology and non-technology related. Some sessions were “How to design a good interface”, “How to keep Android open source”, and “Solving for road realities smartly”. In addition to the sessions, #barcampblr featured “Techlash”, a tech rapid-fire round. At Techlash, speakers present their ideas or demo creations through a series of five minute time slots.
Amit Khare (@daaku), an organizer of #barcampblr said “It has been a pleasure working with SAP in organizing BCB. I am very happy with the excellent support we get and the attention to detail. I hope to see many more Barcamps at the SAP Labs India campus”
