Mr M L Shanmukh, Director (HR), BEL, and Mr Vijay Gundannavar, ED (BEL-Chennai), received the RM’s Award for ‘Indigenisation’ (Group/Individual Award) for developing Stabiliser and Auto Loading Gear for T-90 Tank. Mr S K Sharma, Director (Bangalore Complex)/BEL, Mr Suresh N, GM (Naval Systems-II)/BEL-Bangalore, and Dr A K Gupta, Director (IRDE), received the RM’s Award for ‘Design Efforts’ for the development of Electro Optical Fire Control System.

Dr Ajit T Kalghatgi, Director (R&D)/BEL, and Mr Suresh Katyal, GM (Telecom & Broadcast)/BEL-Bangalore, received the RM’s Award for ‘Design Efforts’ for development of IP Encryptor. Mr Prabhat R Acharya, Director (Finance)/BEL, and Cdr T Jagannath, GM (Components)/BEL-Bangalore, received the RM’s Award for ‘Innovation’ for development of Electronic Delay Unit & Receiver module.
