§ 30% employees are finding Work Culture as cardinal Consideration behind seeking a new Job.
§ Engineering & IT are the most preferred industries where an employee wants to work.
§ Bangalore tops the chart followed by Kolkata as preferred city to work in.
§ Employees find difficulties in searching a job where they are qualified for.
§ Training and Development Policy of an organsiation is the preferred HR practice by most of the employees.
§ Motivation and support by immediate superior enhances workplace satisfaction according to most of the employees.
