The biennial awards recognize industry partners and individuals who have played a pivotal role in developing and transforming Singapore’s transport system, widely regarded as one of the most innovative and advanced in the world. The awards honor organizations which display industrial best practices, good project management and quality service provision.
In conferring the award, LTA said: “Tech Mahindra has consistently delivered quality ICT solutions that create new value and has been innovative and pro-active in deploying technology to support LTA’s ICT strategic initiatives.”
Tech Mahindra said that the award “affirms the decision to use the latest technology in IT solutions to help customers add value. We hope that this partnership with the LTA will continue to develop to greater heights.”

Over the past decade Tech Mahindra has supported LTA in a variety of ICT-related innovations from proof-of-concept to full implementation. These include business process automation and enhancement to feedback and appeals processing; streamlining of cost control and contract management, enabling project collaboration and integration works and transforming enterprise resource system , to improve productivity and efficiency .
