Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (COMAC) is a
state-owned limited liability company was founded in 2008, is tasked with
assembling China's first large commercial aircraft. COMAC is building Chinese
Jet Liner C919 to take on Boeing's 737MAX and Airbus's A320ne.So far, 400 C919s
have been pre-ordered, most of those orders are from Chinese airlines. The C919's first flight was originally
scheduled for 2014, but it has been delayed till end-2015.
