To celebrate the summer in delicious-style, the chef’s at NHCC have created an extensive as well as exotic mango-menu infusing special flavours and ingredients to make the summer special.
 The Mango extravaganza is a delicious feast inspired by the luscious fruit known for its taste, fragrance and flavour. Mango Fest is a unique offering for the mango lovers, and there cannot be a better way to beat the summer-fever with mango-flavour. The spread will comprise of delicious Mango desserts & confectionary throughout May at Le Café. The main highlight of the fest are the customized lip smacking desserts that are all set to instigate mini flavour fireworks and will take over your senses.
 With innovative mango recipes Pastry Chef Amaresan, has added a whole new dimension to the art of relishing and enjoying the taste and melody of “Kings of the Fruits”. Desserts section includes treats like Mango baked cheese cake, Fresh mango cake, Mango bavarois & coconut jelly on almond dacquoise, Fresh mango almond tart, Mango choux bun, Mango financier, White chocolate mango roulade, Fresh Mango & Almond Jalousie Mango Danish all made with farm fresh and organic mangoes.
