Bengal Chamber @BenCham1833 signs MoU with Infinity Group @IBCKolkata at the 10th Business IT Conclave in #Kolkata

#Kolkata : The Bengal Chamber has signed a MoU with Infinity Group to boost the Technology and Start-up ecosystem in West Bengal at the 10th edition of Business IT Conclave 2019 in Kolkata today.
“The purpose of the MoU is that IT, Technology companies, Start-ups, International Trade delegates referred by The Bengal Chamber can utilize and leverage state of art facilities of Infinity Business Centre for co working offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms, training rooms at special rates for a mutually specified time agreed upon. Also the start ups graduating from The Bengal Chamber’s Incubation; set up in association with The Government of West Bengal through its nodal agency, WEBEL and Bandhan Bank; can leverage the Infinity Business Centre. The objective is to encourage entrepreneurship and facilitate deserving potential entrepreneurs a platform to initiate Start Ups which would be a contribution to the Tech Start Up Movement of the State”, stated Mr. Indrajit Sen, President, The Bengal Chamber.



“The Japan-India Startup Hub, was established by the agreements of the Governments and activities of JETRO. In 2018 the Indo Japan Start-up Hub at Bengaluru began its operation and has been receiving tremendous response. The partnership is expected to bring unique and quality products and solutions built jointly between India and Japan at global stage. Japanese companies are seeing ample opportunities in start-up sectors in India and wish to venture and explore other Indian cities and markets and are now coming to West Bengal to initiate talks. The Chamber has made special connect with JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) in facilitating B2B connects especially in the realm of Technology. The Chamber is also in discussion with JETRO for collaborations on Webel-BCC&I Tech Incubation Centre to extend enabling ecosystem to incubates”, stated Mr. Arnab Basu, Chairperson, IT Committee, The Bengal Chamber.
