Vijaya Bank has organized a mega Home Loan Mela – “Vijaya Bank Home Utsav 2011”, a first of its kind, at Koramangala Indoor Stadium, Bangalore on 20th and 21st August 2011, from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm. Bank’s Chairman and Managing Director Shri H. S. Upendra Kamath is addressing the gathering after inaugurating the mela. Also seen are Shri Veera Brahmoji Rao, General Manager, Bangalore North and Shri Hardeesh Kumar, General Manager, Bangalore South regions.
The Chairman and Managing Director, while addressing the large gathering, informed that there were total 27 stalls at the venue. Arrangements are made by the bank for in-principle spot sanction of Home Loans in the Bank’s mega stall.
Further, he informed that the despite increase in the base rate, the same has not been passed on to the housing loan borrowers and interest has been pegged at 10.75% p.a. The Chairman & Managing Director had also announced 50% concession in processing charges for spot sanctions during the event.
During the event, substantial amount of in principle sanctions are expected to be issued which would help the customers in acquiring their dream homes. This in turn would help the participating builders at the event.
Shri K V Brahmaji Rao, General Manager, Bangalore-North welcomed the gathering and the vote of thanks was proposed by Shri Harideesh Kumar, General Manger, Bangalore-South.
The event featured around 25 leading builders and developers of the city, prominent among whom were Adarsh Developers, Salarpuria Sattva, RMZ Corp, Gopalan Enterprises, Purvankara Group, Provident Housing. The participating builders will be exhibiting various flats, plots and villas at attractive prices across Bangalore. The Vijaya Bank Home Utsav 2011 will remain open till Sunday 21st August upto 8:00 pm.
