Vijaya Bank organizes  Mega Agriculture Credit Camp at Mangalore
Vijaya Bank organized Mega Agriculture Credit Camp (Brihath Krishi Saala Mela) at its Kalladka branch, Mangalore.

The function was formally inaugurated by Shri H.S. Upendra Kamath, Chairman & Managing Director, Vijaya Bank in the presence of more than 200 farmers, distinguished customers and the employees of the bank.

The Chairman & Managing Director highlighted the role played by the agriculture credit camps of the bank in supporting the agriculture sector. On the occasion in principle sanctions of Rs. 5.20 Crore was given and also the sanction letters were handed to the beneficiaries.

Vijaya bank is one of the major nationalized banks in the country clocking several milestones and fuelling nation’s growth. Spearheading a business of over
Rs. 1, 50,000 crore as on 31st December, 2012, the bank has been at the forefront in ushering a new era of growth and all round progress. The bank has an all India presence with 1334 Branches and 823 ATMs.
