Roamware adjudged Non-Infringer in Patent Litigation Brought by Starhome

Roamware, Inc., the global leader in mobile operator service solutions today announced that a judgment of non-infringement of Starhome GmbH’s U.S. Patents (Numbers 6,920,487 and 7,231,431) has been entered in favor of Roamware, based on the Delaware District Court’s claim construction ruling. The litigation was filed by Starhome against Roamware and Roamware’s U.S. customers. The judgment dismissed with prejudice Starhome’s claims.
