Dial *123# service for prepaid customers of #Tata Docomo

Tata Docomo has announced a dial in *123# service for prepaid customers looking for personalised experiences that suit their usage.. Launched as a part of the brand’s on going ‘Har Baar More’ value proposition, the new service allows subscribers to simply dial in *123# from their mobile device to avail a bouquet of customised voice and data offers based on their usage patterns.

Tata Docomo to expand 3G network to 53 towns across Karnataka

Tata Docomo today announced their 3G network and retail expansion plans for Karnataka region. The company is planning to enhance the 3G network coverage and presence in the region by adding an additional 1000 cell sites, to increase its network footprints to over 3100 cell sites by July 31st 2014. The 3G network coverage will be extended to total of 53 towns across Karnataka.
Additionally, Tata Docomo has made significant investments in the expansion of its retail footprint. With the strength of over 50,000 retail outlets in the region, the brand has garnered immense trust and popularity amongst its customers in Karnataka. Tata Docomo also has 84 technologically advanced brand retail stores across key towns in Karnataka. The overall expansion will further strengthen Tata Docomo’s position to ensure that its rapidly growing customer base enjoys seamless and superior voice & 3G data services; even while in the hinterland and on roaming.

Tata Docomo Introduces new bouquet of Family Plans for its GSM Postpay Customers

Tata Docomo, the unified telecom brand of Tata Teleservices, today announced the launch of a new bouquet of post-paid plans under its unique ‘Family Plans’ offering for its GSM customers. “Family Plans”, offers a pool of voice & data benefits that accommodate different telecom needs of the entire family packaged in one single plan. The same tariff rates will be applicable across all group members and will generate a consolidated bill for all the connections within the group minimizing the effort of managing multiple bill cycles and payment dates.

To help customers choose from a large variety of plans suiting their needs, Tata Docomo has revamped the Family Plans offering by advancing the model to multiple number- multiple rental from fixed number- fixed rental. The new model allows a maximum of 6 connections at a time as per the plan rental. Family plans vary from a rental of Rs 849/- which offers maximum of 3 connections to Rs 1449/- that allows maximum of 6 connections. Customers will also be allowed to upgrade their plans as the number of connections increase without any additional service charges.

Tata Docomo Launches ‘Swarnaman Ugadi’ Offer
