#Dance Therapy as a stress-buster at @IndigoNation_IN in #Bengaluru

To get rid of stress and other physical and mental illnesses one can typically think of yoga or meditation. But, there is something more, that can help children and adults alike to enjoy life in the form of dance therapy.


Graffitti Crew a renowned hip-hop group from South India, headed by Sritheren and Velu ‘hip-hop’ Kumar led the dance therapy session at Indigo Nation Store at Indira Nagar Bengalru with their different dance styles.
All the groups that performed were styled in the brand’s latest collection at the store. The energy was proved to be very contagious and resulted in the audience joining in for some freestyle dance-off.

Lost her mother at the age of 15 due to cancer 'Srinidhi' an BE electrical and electronics engineer graduate from Jain University School of Engineering & Technology (JUSET) Bengaluru, is an ex-employee of Accenture the global IT/Technology firm. 'I have taken a conscious career decision to peruse a career in the field of glamour and entertainment. And I feel with only passion and hard work one can succeed,' she added.
Victory in her eyes and joy in her heart, Srinidhi said “I am on the 7th cloud and can’t believe this happened. Winning the prestigious Miss Supranational 2016 pageant is a very proud moment for me, my family as well as my country. I am very happy for the support of my family, friends and fans that supported me through this journey. This wouldn’t have been possible without the support of my well-wishers.”

Time to chose khadi for Fashion : #Fashion Guru @PrasadBidapa at @PMCBangalore

Union Textiles Minister Smriti Irani has been encouraging the Khadi sector.For Indians it is an emotional issue because Gandhiji used it as a symbol of self reliamce during the freedom struggle. Government should accord industry status to the fashion industry and encourage 'Khadi' over other textiles, said renowned fashion guru Prasad Bidapa during a free-wheeling chat on the sidelines of a  fashion conclave organised by Phoenix Marketcity in Bengaluru last Saturday.




A panel discussion was organised during the event and was moderated by Prasad Bidappa. Panellists who took part in the  discussion were Rekha Hande –  Fashion Grooming (Ex Miss India), Sushruthi Krishna – Miss India – 2016, 1st Runner Up, Isha Talwar – Actress/ Model, Shalini Chopra – Fashion Blogger, Waseem Khan- Fashion Photographer, Anitha Kholay-Fashion Designer, Shalini Chopra- Fashion Blogger and others.

#IndiaBridalFair #Bengaluru brings haute couture to #honeymoon spa under one roof

#FDCI and Education #NewZealand organizing a fashion show in New Delhi on May 12th



Three students each from Indian fashion institutes - the Pearl Academy (Noida, Jaipur and New Delhi), the National Institute of Fashion Technology (New Delhi), as well as fashion institutes from New Zealand- Massey University and AUT University, together will work in pairs to design for this prestigious event.


The esteemed panel of judges will consist of Amit Agarwal, Rina Dhaka and Rohit Bal, who will select two winning teams, one each for the AUT University internship and the Massey University internship. The evening will witness the presence of the High Commissioner of New Zealand, Mr. Grahame Morton, FDCI designers, and faculty members from the NIFT and Pearl Academy.

Making of the #Kingfisher Calendar 2016 on @ndtvgoodtimes on every Saturday at 10 PM

Kingfisher Calendar 2016 features five fresh faces; Maya Hendricks, Aisha Sharma, Noyonita Lodh, Sushrii Shreya Mishraa and Aishwarya Sushmita. Aishwarya Sushmita was chosen winner of Kingfisher Supermodels 3; a reality talent hunt aired on NDTV Good Times. These girls have been styled by the talented Allia Al Rufai; make-up artist Kapil Bhalla; hair expert Richard Wilkinson and captured on lens by none other than Atul Kasbekar, who has been associated with the calendar since its inception.The show will go on air every Saturday at 10 PM, starting February 6, 2016.
 
The Kingfisher Calendar, which is in its 14th year, is the most sought after photography masterpiece to look out for every year and it couldn’t have got better this year. In the show, anchor and model Maya Hendricks will be seen sharing interesting trivia and inside stories on what goes behind the making of the most glamorous calendar of the year. India's Urvashi Rautela is all set for the #MissUniverse2015 in #LasVegas
