A three-member panel that probed the charge of sexual
harassment of a young lawyer by a Supreme Court judge has given its report,
identifying the judge as AK Ganguly according to latest media reports.
Justice Ganguly demitted office as Supreme Court judge on
February 3, 2012.
The Committee was headed by Justice R M Lodha and Justices H L Dattu, and Ranjana Prakash Desai, were
members of the committee constituted by the CJI on November 12.
The report, submitted to Chief Justice P Sathasivam, also
carries the statements of the victim, a young lawyer who had interned in the
Supreme Court, and that of the now retired Justice Ganguly. The committee has
submitted its report to the CJI on November 28.
