Ambuja Cements Limited had informed the Stock Exchanges that pursuant to a notice received from the Ministry of Environment and Forest, the mining operation at the Company's Himachal Pradesh plants has been kept in abeyance. The Company has now informed that the High Court of Himachal Pradesh has granted a stay on the aforesaid order issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forest and accordingly the mining operations at Himachal Pradesh Plants would now be resumed.
