Bharat Forge Limited has informed the Exchange that BF Power Equipment Limited - a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has changed its main object from making investments in the business of power equipment etc. to inter alia activities relating to business of scientific, technical and other research and development etc. Consequently, its name has also been changed to Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited.
