Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) invites all to protest against blocking of anti-corruption Jan Lokpal bill in Delhi. and join the Skip A Lunch And Donate (SALAD)drive on Sunday, March 2 and Monday and March 3.
This month, in a shameless display of complete disregard of national interest, both BJP and Congress joined hands to stall the introduction of the Jan Lokpal bill in the Delhi Assembly. Once again various political parties have come together to block passing of the anti-corruption bill, as it threatens the existence of many corrupt politicians in their parties.
Passing of the Jan Lokpal bill was one of the main electoral promises of AAP. Failure to fulfill this promise, led to resignation of the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
