The center will focus on client-facing activities for HGS’ Extended Business Office Solutions (EBOS) as well as help deliver expanded capabilities for clients. Core services to be provided from the Princeton facility include medical claim resolution for governmental and commercial payers, medical coding, insurance eligibility & authorization and data analytics.

These solutions include financial clearance, medical coding and insurance claim resolution which are designed to improve net revenue, reduce bad debt and accelerate cash collections for clients. The business has over 400 employees who deliver services for EBOS clients from the Princeton facility, and centers in India and Philippines.
With the Princeton center, HGS has now increased its presence in the US to 10 locations, employing over 2,200 employees.
