Brigade group has taken on the onus of reviving Sitarampalya lake and restoring it to its previous glory. The plan is clean the area of debris, open out clogged water channels, introduce a paved walkway culminating into a children's park and more. The area will be lined with trees to restore its green cover. 5 species of fish will be introduced into the lake as well. Besides the lake, the flora and fauna of the surrounding areas will be revived and the lake may soon become a bird watchers paradise.
