Grand finale of 11th Myntra #Bangalore Fashion Week
The grand finale of Myntra Bangalore Fashion Week 11th edition (Winter Festive) saw Couture Queens ASIMA & LEENA’s Mughal inspired ensembles. Bollywood royalty SOHA ALI KHAN graced the ramp for the designer duo. Famed for one-of-a-kind ensembles, this bridal collection, as well as the textile derived “Banaras” is specially created for a be-spoke experience. There is a seeming languid surety about the hands at work … a quiet confidence that stems from the certainty of design and quality excellence, which is at the helm of AL.
ABHINANADANA SHETTY’s, “ECLIPSE” is a celestial process where one body casts a shadow on another. Bright colors are inspired by the sun, moon, sky and the nature colors dusting during the eclipse.
AMITA GUPTA the “Designer of the year” award winner at Delhi International Film Festival 2013 showcased “Romancing The Bling”. The collection is about a woman, who is getting ready for the wedding bells, she is glamorous, she is sensuous, and want to look 100 million dollars on the wedding day.
DEBARUN’s designs have a sense of relaxation in every design and the designer’s penchant for a classic look is clearly showcased. The patterns are geometric, complementary and varied thus giving each design a feel of being busy without overdoing the same.

KALANJALI outfits are a plethora of pastel colors which have the ability to brighten up anything. Dusty rose, lilac, lavender and ice blue veiling the ramp ensembles in the softest tones. Miss India Earth 2013 “SOBHITA DHULIPALA” graced the ramp for the designer brand.
“MAJORI” by SONIA JOY & RIA JOY is a collection inspired by primary colours. Think primal, base, aggressive. Vivid colours, bold lines, strong abstract prints feature heavily in the collection. Hair and makeup were quite dramatic and elaborate.
