IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited (IL&FS Engineering Services) has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Lodha Group for civil construction works of 18 proposed G+15 residential buildings Phase II of Palava in Mumbai. The total value of the contract is Rs. 105 crores, and the completion period for the entire works is 332 days.
