IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited (IL&FS Engineering Services) has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from IL&FS Maritime Infrastructure Company Limited (IMICL) on behalf of Dighi Port Limited for a total value of Rs. 179.84 Crores for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for development of Multipurpose Berth, Backup Yard Development, and Utilities of Multipurpose Terminal Berth 5 on North Side of Dighi Port, Agardanda in the state of Maharashtra.
The project completion period is 545 days from the date of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
The scope of works includes:
§ Design & Construction of Multipurpose Berth (325m*34.5m)
§ Reclamation of 50 acres of backup area
§ Other works like paved area, buildings, internal roads etc.
IL&FS Engineering Services is presently executing the EPC contract of Berth 4 of Multipurpose Cargo Terminal works on North Side of Dighi Port.
