Mantri Web City a residential project by Bangalore based Mantri Developers is causing large scale inconvenience to the people of the neighbouring Hennur area. Indiscriminate rock blasting method used by developer is creating cracks on walls of houses in the adjourning areas. It is alleged that developer has flouted all norms and indiscriminately using explosives for rock blasting. A court case is pending in this regard. Residents of the area alleged that though an FIR has been registered with the local police but authorities are not taking any action to stop the indiscriminate use of explosives in rock blasting. Recently the residents appeared in a local TV channel to air their grievances against the developer.
The project is offering homebuyers 2-BHK and 3-BHK homes including penthouses in sizes ranging from 965 sq ft to 1,835 sq ft.
