President Pranab Mukherjee will inaugurate the Commonwealth Science Conference in Bangalore today, which is being organised for the first time in nearly 50 years.The four-day conference is being organised by the Royal Society in association with the Government of India and The Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust.
