Former President of the State of Israel, H.E Mr. Shimon Peres, paid today a visit to the President of the Indian National Congress Party, Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, at her residence in Delhi. Vice President of the Congress party, Mr. Rahul Gandhi was also present in the meeting.
