The lead cast of upcoming Bollywood film 'Tevar' - Arjun Kapoor & Sonakshi Sinha interacted with the media in Hyderabad on Monday.
'Tevar' directed by Amit Sharma, produced by Sanjay Kapoor and written by Gunasekhar is a remake of director Gunasekhar's 2003 Tollywood film 'Okkadu' starring Mahesh Babu and Bhoomika Chawla, and was a huge box office hit. This movie concept was also remade in Tamil titled 'Ghilli' with Vijay and Trisha as the lead cast, in 2004.
The film stars Arjun Kapoor as Pintoo, Sonakshi Sinha as Radhika, Manoj Bajpayee as Gajendar Singh the villain, Kader Khan as a Police Officer and Himanshu Singh as Rohan, in lead roles. In the movie Arjun Kapoor plays the role of a regular college kid from Agra and is a Kabaddi champion. Amit Sharma is making his directing debut with this movie.
The film was shot at various locations including Sambhar lake in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Mumbai, Maheshwar, Agra, Mathura, Pandarpur, river side of Chandrabhaga and in Haridas.
