Top national and regional short films of YES! i am the CHANGE 2014, India's largest social film movement will be showcased to create awareness among the youth on social causes and inspire them to become agents of social change. Award winning film director and actor, Pawan Kumar will inaugurate and speak at the event. Welingkar Institute of Management & Research (We School) is a partner and will host the event.
The films, received from across the country as part of the YES! i am the CHANGE 101-Hour Indian Social Filmmaking Challenge were selected by a distinguished panel of eminent filmmakers and educationists including, Guneet Monga (Producer, Gangs of Wasseypur & The Lunch Box), Vikramaditya Motwane, (Director, Udaan & Lootera), Pritish Nandy (Renowned Film Producer, Journalist & Poet), Dr. Nagesh Rao (President, MICA), Shoojit Sircar (Director, Vicky Donor) amongst others.
