NTT DATA recently announced a multi-year deal with Daimler for global ERP support services.
The agreement will see NTT DATA, one of the leading global IT services providers, work closely with the Shared Services Centres of Daimler, in Mercedes-Benz Research and Development, India (MBRDI) Bangalore, and Mercedes-Benz Türk, Istanbul, to provide application support service for ERP templates.
Naoshi Yoshida, Head - Global Automotive and Enterprise Sales, NTT DATA Corporation, Tokyo, Japan, said, “We are extremely excited to have been chosen as a preferred technology partner for Daimler. With this contract, we will be able to further scale up and accelerate our presence in the APAC markets, strengthen our client base in India, enhance our expertise and business knowledge of Automakers and other manufacturing industries. The term of the deal will cover all template-based applications including operations, basis and development services.”
