32-year-old Cherif Kouachi, a known jihadist convicted in 2008 for involvement in a network sending fighters to Iraq, and his 34-year-old brother Said are suspected to behind the killings in Paris yesterday.French authorities also identified a third suspect, 18-year-old Hamyd Mourad, who turned himself in. French police published photos of the two men still on the run in an appeal to the public for information.
