Value & Budget Housing Corporation Pvt. Ltd. (VBHC) in partnership with Vedaanta Senior Living launched its first ever senior living project at its existing project Vaibhava in Anekal near Electronic City, Bangalore. The project comprises 92 units, which consists of 32 one-and-half-bed rooms and 60 two bedrooms, dedicated exclusively to the needs of senior citizens. The apartments will cost between Rs 29 lakhs to Rs 40 lakhs.
