Manipal Hospitals unveiled a week long awareness campaign “The Blue Messenger” on account of World Diabetes Day. The event was flagged off by Health Minister of Karnataka U.T Khader who expressed his support to the cause of combating one of the most commonest lifestyle ailments in India. Also present at the event were Dr. Sudarshan Ballal Medical Director & Chairman, Manipal Health Enterprises and Dr. Karthik Prabhakar HOD & Consultant, Diabetes & endocrinologist, Manipal Hospitals.
