Apart from the investigation conducted by Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), an Internal Inquiry Committee of DDCA has confirmed irregularities in DDCA. A court-appointed Commission of Inquiry has also affirmed these irregularities. Inquiry Committee’s Report of the Delhi government dated 15.11.2015 has examined the three reports and has upheld the assertions of financial irregularities. With the latest revelations of financial irregularities allegedly to the tune of Rs.150 crores as raised by Shri Kirti Azad have remained unanswered?
